And there's also an Ebenezer Scrooge like character in this as well. We stuck two snowflake sequins together to make a Christmas tree topper! What a delightful premise that dolls can "speak" to selected listeners kids only, of course even while adults are present. However, Miss Lavender and Miss Plum didn't think they would make good gifts especially in their current state. They woke up when the others were at supper, and began to cry. York has captured the spirit of a kinder, gentler age in this charmer.

Ta da: Lovely, no?!? He wanted to know what kind of a supper it was without any potatoes. There is scant little to eat and the nights are cold and damp. The dolls move and talk at night when the humans are asleep, and the daughters of the two families, Annabelle Doll and Tiffany Funcraft, are best friends.
